It has Android v3.2 Honeycomb OS with powerful Dual-core 1GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, ULP GeForce GPU, Tegra 2 T20 chipset and 1GB RAM memory. It comes with large and wide 9.4 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen having 16M colors and 800 x 1280 pixels resolution. It also has 5 Mega Pixel camera which can capture quite good quality of images and videos. The internal space of device is 16/32 GB storage and it can be expend up to 32GB microSD card.
